Using Celonis as a Process Mining tool, process analysts were able to check the compliance of new processes using the Process Explorer. Continuous improvements in the configuration were provided to the process engineers, who were able to make processes more efficient and increase customer experience.

Using the Celonis Process AI, bottlenecks in processes were easily found. Cases were prevented from unnecessary looping in activities which reduced the amount of manual work to repair.
