What to expect from the 2-day Discovery Workshop

Before the workshop

Day 1

We kick off day one on a high note! Today, we share the insights from our preliminary research, define and prioritize your business’ key pain points. Then, our data experts jump in to help your team come up with potential opportunity areas possible solutions based on refined problem statements.

Day 2

On day two, the roadmap takes shape as we work with your team to select the solutions that are most valuable to the business. We then plot these solutions on a timeline based on the prioritization determined by a gap analysis. To make this pragmatic we also define the first actions to take.

Further customization of the workshop is possible – the workshop can be shortened or lengthened based on your needs and what our specialists feel is best for your situation.
