- Lead projects with our clients and actively contribute to key initiatives.
- Maintain high quality standards across all technical aspects of these projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of our Process Mining capabilities, ensuring they align with Bright Cape's strategy and, above all, with our clients' real-world challenges.
- Create standards and best practices that improve efficiency and help the team work smarter.
Who you are
You are more than just a technically strong consultant. You are communicative, entrepreneurial, analytical, and a true team player.
Your profile
- Ideally you have 1+ years of experience with Celonis in Case Centric and Object Centric Process Mining
- Experience with ARIS, UiPath, or other Process Intelligence tools is considered a plus
- Strong skills in gathering data requirements and data modelling
- Programming skills in SQL (required); Python, PySpark, and Polars are a plus
- Experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and architectures
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster (preferred)
- Comfortable giving demonstrations and presentations
- Willing to advise on process improvement initiatives
- Relevant technical academic degree
- Excellent communication skills in English
