Will you be our new (Senior) Consultant Process Intelligence?

That’s why we are looking for a Consultant Process Intelligence: a consultant with Celonis experience in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining.

- You contribute to the development of our Process Mining capabilities, ensuring alignment with Bright Cape’s strategy and—most importantly—the real challenges of our clients.
- You create standards that increase efficiency and help the team work smarter.
You are:
More than just a technically strong consultant. You are communicative, entrepreneurial, have an analytical mindset, and bring a strong team spirit.
Your profile:
- 1+ year of experience with Celonis in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining (must)
- Experience with ARIS, UiPath, or other PI tools (nice to have)
- Strong at eliciting data requirements and data modeling
- Experience building value-driven analyses (must)
- Programming skills in SQL (must); Python, PySpark, Polars (nice to have)
- Experience designing end-to-end pipelines and architectures
- Knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster) (nice to have)
- Experience starting and completing Process Intelligence initiatives
- Experience giving demos
- Experience advising on improvement initiatives
- Relevant technical academic education
- Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is considered a plus.
